WAY to LIFE Independent Living

WAY to LIFE (Living Independently Fostering Education) program enables young people ages 14 to 21 to become independent and contributing members of their community. The program is designed for:

  • Youth in the custody of Erie County Department of Social Services
  • Those who are in foster care
  • Youth who are incarcerated/reentering young adults
  • Those currently or previously on probation
  • Young people involved in the juvenile justice system
  • Those at risk of dropping out of school
